The Tale of the Jagelwar

I bite and I chomp,
I jump and I romp
I'm a ferocious Jagelwar!
The fiercest of my kind
A sly and slick feline
Beware! I am never vary far!

Around the forest I roam,
For it is my jungle home
Where the Jagelwars hunt and play
We like to eat red meat
And humans are a treat
For we don't get them everyday!

But every once in awhile
Someone will travel the miles
To come and hunt under the trees
The hunters they come in
and leave again with our kin
The nasty human thieves!

BANG! Goes the hunters gun
When the animals hear it, they run
But not so the Giant Jagelwar
The Jagelwar does not stray
But stays to hunt his prey
Soon he will bite and scar!

The hunter brave and bold
All dressed in brown and gold
Walks the forest, making quite a stir
The Jagelwar, swift and quiet,
Sees a tree and climbs up inside it
All part of the plan to keep his fur

The Hunter walks under the tree
Sees the Jagelwar and turns to flee
But the jagelwar on him does pounce
Rip snortin' and tearin' the flesh
Eating the meat and leavin' the rest
The Jagelwar on the Hunter does trounce

The Jagelwar is now carefree
And the Hunter but a memory
To the forest that was his death.
I guess we've all learned a lesson
With nature, let's not be a'messin'
Or it could mean our last breath!
