Pushed further and further by mind bending technology and a need to prove themselves useful in the older yet computer illeterate eyes of the baby boomers, America's youths were forced to click click click, until, in a flurry of carpal tunnel syndrome and malfunctioning mice, NORAD's automatic response system was triggered, and a rain of intercontinental ballistic missles was let loose upon the small republic of Rotundalique, hidden deep in the great, dark Congo jungle. The seemingly innocent destruction of this small and obsolete nation, still limited to basic cable, lacking both CNN and MTV, in actuality caused a series of ancient treaties to be invoked and acted upon by larger nations until, in a volley of retaliation, both sides of the Atlantic Ocean, and some parts of the Dead Sea were virtually obliterated. Those nations left untouched included Antarctica, some parts of Greenland and Iceland, and surprisingly France who, due to the overwhelming power of their contempt for the rest of the world, was able to force threatening missiles into nearby Germany and Great Britain.
